Grunwald

Set upon the western coast of the land of Zetomar, the grand duchy of Grunwald. Perched upon the black cliffs of the Soot Coast, this duchy is a major sea and trade power throughout Solabren.
- Arsuran - Arsuran grew from a sleepy fishing village into a bustling trading port as the fisherman who could find no fish in the sea began looking farther afield for better means of making a living. That is at least how the legend goes. Arsuran does not have a natural port since it sits upon a rocky outcropping just beyond the Soot Coast. Instead the harbor is man made by sinking large stones as breakwater in the shallows to prevent the terrible spring and autumn storms that curse the Great Sea along the Soot Coast with harrowing winds and wildly high tides. The city itself is built up from the shores to the rocky promontory where the ducal palace sits in its glistening white splendor. Some who visit it the city find it a bit dizzying since the streets do not always go in a linear direction by rather are crooked or following the rocky terrain upon which it was built.
- Saemi Falls – Saemi Falls is a landmark used by many sailors along the Soot Coast to mark their initial distance from the safe harbor of Arsuran. The falls itself empties from a cavern deep within the blacken cliffs into the sea where an underground river empties into the sea.
- Soot Coast – The Soot Coast runs along the Southwestern edge of the Zetomar coastline. It is named for the steep black cliffs that look like they have been stained with ink black from a lamp. These cliffs can be seen up to thirty miles at sea by day due to the crystal like quality of the rock that makes up the cliffs that causes it to wink when the suns hit the stone just right.
