Caldrea

Near the furthest northern point of Sunderbran lies Caldrea, an ancient an icy volcanic plain left atop a lifeless plateau. The center of the plateau has been carved out by Solabren’s fiery center, leaving a pit that is many hundreds of miles in surface area. Volcanic vents dot the landscape, giving it an eerie, burning glow in the absence of ambient light, and it is said that the only creatures that reside there are the beasts that have escaped Nargel’s womb. A lone structure stands in the center of the pit, the Temple of Destruction, while a hole to the south, known as the Village of Worms, descends into Solabren’s depths and is said to be bottomless, or even a portal to Nargel, and is catacomb from the top down until site is lost.
