Boirensog
Boirensog is a soggy kingdom far in the south of Zetomar. This land, though many believed to have been uninhabitable, the denizen of this kingdom are a hardy and industrious type who have literally carved their kingdom out of the stinking mud and detris of the river delta in which they live.
- Iliua – The city of canals, Iliua has been considered a beautiful capital. Built up upon wooden posts dug deeply into the soft mud to the bedrock beneath to create solid foundation for beautiful palatial homes, markets, and spacious palazzos. The canals of the city connect each part like arteries in a body connecting every part of the city to the river to its east.
- Tiaro Forest – Damp, moss hangs like a old sage’s beard from the trees of this vast forest. Sprouting from the fertile soil of the delta, the Tiaro Forest is the home to several lesser races, goblins, orcs, and other rather unsavory ilk. There are dangers besides creatures in this wood, the ground is soft and unwilling at times to let those who are not careful to break free of its grasp. It is said in whispers and in tales told to children, that the land is a resting place for damned souls.
- Equan – Equan is a soggy village near the mouth of the delta. Built upon an ever-changing accumulation of soil from up river, the village itself never stays the same shape for very long. It is a sleepy village of sorts where the height of entertainment is who caught the biggest River Razorbrow Lizard during the spring floods or the Peat Harvest Festival in the late summer. The people here are simple folk but are always willing to give a helping hand to those in need.
- Veram Swamp – Veram Swamp is perhaps the soggiest area of the Boirensog Kingdom. Vast tracks of land are completely submerged under several feet of dark brown and green water. Many hunters from Equan use boats to manauver through the swamp looking for Razorbrow Lizards and other delicacies of the swamp.
